I visited Pawn USA in Woodbridge, Virginia for the first time. Tom was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. He seemed to know his customers and told me to take my time and let him know if there was something I was interested in.After I viewed a few items he said I promise to give you the best deal. He treated me like family not like a customer. He kept saying he wanted me to be happy with my coveted treasure. He also said keep in mind that you will look at this precious gemstone everyday.
