Ultimately I did not move forward with a purchase from this shop, but the communication, customer service, and prompt responses to all my questions were such a positive shopping experience, I had to leave this review.I had seen a watch that I fell in love with on their website, and Will worked with me over several messages with information and price points. I bought the watch online, and requested their watch specialist look at it and I be sent pictures before shipping.Will was prompt in getting me the exact pictures that I wanted, and the watch was unfortunately not quite what I was looking for. Still bummed.Will was professional and promptly refunded my purchase. If I had decided to move forward with the completely remote high end watch purchase, I would have felt entirely comfortable doing so.
